This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between the participant (“Participant”) and Femworking LLC (“Femworking”), which is effective as of the date of your signature below (“Effective Date”). This Agreement describes the terms of your participation with the Femworking Next Level Mastermind (Mastermind), a collaboration with Tara Zirker.

Mastermind participants agree that Femworking is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided via the Mastermind program.

Services: The parties agree to engage in 5, 90-minute mastermind sessions.

By signing below, the Participant authorizes Femworking to charge the Participant’s credit card or debit card, as payment for the Mastermind program. The fee for the 5-month Mastermind program is as follows:

Participant agrees that she is responsible for full payment of fees for the entire 5-month commitment, regardless of whether she actually attend or complete the Mastermind sessions, and regardless of whether she has selected a lump sum or monthly payment plan. No refunds will be issued.

Termination: Femworking may terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate the Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if the Participant becomes disruptive or difficult to work with, if the Participant fails to follow the guidelines, or if the Participant impairs the success of the Mastermind.

Limited Liability: Except as expressly provided in this agreement, Femworking makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.
