You want to sell to us. If your business also serves female entrepreneurs, please don’t join thinking you’re going to sell to us. We’ll spot you a mile away, and we maintain a strict no-solicitation policy.
You’re lazy. Starting a business from scratch is hard work! You need to be ready to do the work alongside other female entrepreneurs.
You like excuses. While the School provides an amazing curriculum, but your success is ultimately in your hands.

When you register as a student at the school, we’ll send $58 to the International Rescue Committee, which can supply the tuition, books and other supplies a girl needs to attend school for a year.
The $58 supports the programs, projects and tools that compose the IRC’s work every day around the world. Allowing them to deliver comprehensive and holistic help to uprooted people, your gift will be used where and when most needed. And, when combined with those of other donors, your contribution becomes a powerful means to survival, recovery, and the restoration of dignity and self-reliance for those uprooted by conflict or natural disaster.

About Kelley
Kelley Sanabria is the Founder, CEO, and mother of Femworking, where she’s building the company as a platform to empower female business owners by bringing them together to skip the entrepreneurial learning curve, build partnerships, and grow their businesses faster.
Kelley is passionate about helping to give girls worldwide equal access to education. She is a thought leader and avid supporter of gender equality – which she believes will lead to increased world peace, and donates a portion of each membership to the International Rescue Committee in order to advance girls’ education.
Kelley found her niche starting with a biweekly meeting at a coffee shop where she offered business development ideas and networking opportunities to women who attended. Her mission and message so resonated with the attendees, that Femworking is now a multi-city community of motivated business owners who swap support and strategy to launch or grow their businesses
She’s an award winning speaker and graduated with a B.A. and M.S. in International Affairs by the age of 21.
She’s worked on the political campaign of a U.S. Senator, at a lobbying firm, and as an International Trade Specialist at Headquarters for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The FAQs
Will there be a Facebook Group?
Yes! Of course. We will definitely want a place to connect with each other outside of our monthly mastermind calls. You’ll be added to the Private Facebook Group as soon as we see your registration.
How will these meetings take place?
In order to make this experience available to our FemSisters from all parts of the globe, meetings will take place virtually. Further details will be sent via email.
What if I can no longer participate after I have registered?
There will be no refunds given for participants who are unable to participate in the mastermind. You are able to transfer your spot to someone else for a transfer fee of $55 up to three days before the start of the first meeting. Once the mastermind meetings start, you will not be able to transfer your spot to another participant.
